We are building Neuraphic in the open, and that includes making sure the people who use our products have everything they need. Below is an overview of what is available now and what is coming.

Documentation

Technical documentation — API references, integration guides, SDK documentation, and architecture overviews — will be published as our products enter availability. We believe documentation is part of the product, not an afterthought, and we are writing it alongside the code.

Technical support

For questions about integration, architecture, API behavior, or anything else technical, contact [email protected]. Our engineering team responds directly. No ticket queues, no tiered support levels — you reach the people who build the systems.

Security issues

If you have discovered a security vulnerability in any Neuraphic system, report it to [email protected]. For AI model safety issues (jailbreaks, harmful outputs, safety bypasses), contact [email protected]. We respond within 3 business days and never take legal action against good-faith researchers. See our Responsible Disclosure policy for details.

Service status

Real-time service status and incident history will be available when our products are in production. We commit to transparent reporting of downtime, degraded performance, and security incidents.
